Provably fair
When a round opens the server commits to a secret seed by publishing its
SHA-256. At the draw the seed is revealed and mixed with the entry count and the hash of
the Bitcoin block at draw time:
winner = sha256(server_seed : round : entries : block_hash) mod entries
